To make it more understandable, we will analyze a specific example. Take a very common paint color, which manufacturers call "mocha".
Usually his number is 5.75. The first number indicates that the base color 5 is light brown. The main shade is 7, that is, it belongs to the havana series and contains a red-brown pigment. Additional shade 5 - indicates the presence of red-purple pigment (mahogany number).
