Few people know how important this is for our scalp and hair.
The fact is that the scalp secretes sebum - protection for the hair, it should be distributed over the entire length of the hair. But if you do not comb your head in this way, or, for example, constantly wear a headdress, then the bulbs will clog, and this will adversely affect the hair.
Another factor clogging bulbs are styling agents, getting on the skin, they form a film.
An alternative to combing is salt peeling.
Salt mask peeling contributes to:
- - exfoliation of the “old” skin layer, which gives oxygen access to the bulbs;
- - hair growth stimulation;
- - remove excess sebum.
Many people also note the effectiveness of salt. against hair loss.
All we need for peeling is salt. Depending on the length of your hair, take from 2 to 5 tablespoons of salt. Best suited sea salt or regular cooking iodized salt. Pour salt 2-5 tablespoons of water.
After that, wet the head and rub a handful of salt into the scalp, after you spread the salt over the entire surface of the head, massage the skin with your fingertips for 10 minutes. After that, leave the salt mass on the head for another 10 minutes, then rinse the hair with water and wash with shampoo.
Helpful advice: Do not massage the scalp too hard with salt, otherwise you may cause irritation and burning of the scalp. It is important not to overdo the salt masks. If you have dry hair, then do such a mask no more than once a week, for owners of greasy hair, you can do the mask more often. If there are wounds on the scalp, then such a mask can not be done. Wait until the wound heals, and then proceed to peeling.
Remember that it is important not only to nourish our hair, but also to clean it well. And such a mask will deeply cleanse the skin of sebum from the scalp, and the hair will become soft. To make the effect more visible, make a mask once a week, the duration of the course is 6 weeks.
Then take a break for a couple of months. You will see the result will pleasantly surprise you!
