Toning on dark hair without prior discoloration is carried out either by several shades very close to each other, or totally in one color. Several shades are used to create a natural overflow, additional visual volume. It is also possible that the individual strands are lightened in advance and then a dye is applied to them to tint the hair. For dark curls fit purple, blue, burgundy, reddish, dark golden hues. It is important to keep in mind that without prior discoloration toning of dark hair will never give a lighter shade than the original.
Light strands and their toning

Earlier bleached strands can also be toned and very successfully, but the result will be somewhat different than on a natural blonde. Toning blond hair
Toning of light brown hair is best done with beautiful golden, reddish, nutty, copper shades. You can also choose to darken more saturated dark options. To give a beautiful modulation for toning on light brown hair can be used several close shades.
Toning of streaked hair
Such a popular and many favorite procedure, like highlighting, is also compatible with tinting. Highlighting and toning hair often go side by side in the sense that bleached locks become yellowish in color, which is corrected with the help of violet-purple tonic. However, the tint can and change the shade of previously streaked strands. The paint can be applied both to individual bleached curls and to the whole head of hair. Toning hair after highlighting is carried out no earlier than two or three days.

- Mix the composition, as recommended by the instructions.
- Apply the prepared composition on all curls or on individual strands.
- Comb a thick comb for the most even distribution.
