Cooking natural shampoo at home
This article will be useful to those who want to go to natural cosmetics, because we all know that in our time, shampoos have far from useful properties.
But before switching to natural cosmetics, I would like to note that the transition from shampoos to natural products is not so simple. During this transitional period, your hair will react to the absence of shampoo, namely, the scalp will release more sebum, and accordingly your hair will “turn fat” faster. This period may take several weeks or even several months.
Why is that? Using the shampoo you "taught" the scalp to release a certain amount of fat, as the shampoo removes it in a rather coarse way, the skin has to release it again and again.
With the transition to homemade hair you need to get used to not excrete excess fat. For each person, such a period can last in different ways, they are not afraid of it, because after this period your hair will stay clean and fresh longer.
So, read what can replace the shampoo without damage to the hair.

1 way: Drinking soda shampoo
Soda contains very little alkali, which means it can clean your hair in a gentle way.
The recipe of shampoo from soda is very simple: 1 tablespoon for a glass of water, respectively, if you need more of this composition, then you dilute 2 tbsp. spoons of soda for 2 glasses of water, etc.
If you have very thick hair, then perhaps the dosage of soda will be more. This recipe is not strict and can be changed to suit your hair type. Washing the hair with such a mixture is also not difficult. After the soda has dissolved in water, apply the prepared mixture to the scalp and hair, massage and after a few minutes rinse with water in the usual way.

2 way: Apple vinegar shampoo
Apple cider vinegar is a mild acidic product, and can act as a hair conditioner.
It smoothes the surface of the hair and regulates the pH balance of your hair and skin. It can be used directly after your homemade shampoo. The dosage is the same as with soda, 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar in a glass of water.
If your hair is prone to fat, you should not use a lot of vinegar, you can only moisten the ends of the hair with it. In the same way you can rinse your head with lemon juice. The dosage is the same.

3 way: Shampoo from sour milk
Sour milk or yogurt are old folk remedies for washing hair. In order to wash the head with sour milk (kefir, yogurt), it is necessary to apply it abundantly on the scalp and hair, put a shower cap on top, a towel on top. Keep for about 30 minutes, then rinse with water. Rinse with acidified water (vinegar or lemon solution).

4 way: egg shampoo
One of the popular hair washing products is the egg. Especially this method of washing is useful for dry hair. Beat one egg a little, apply the mixture on wet hair, massage and rinse. In the end, it is just as good to use household rinse (herbs, a solution of lemon or vinegar).

5 way: Shampoo from rye bread
The recipe is very simple: 100-200 grams of rye bread pour boiling water, mix until smooth. For convenience, you can use a blender (to avoid lumps). Apply the mixture onto hair, hold it a little and massage the scalp, rinse thoroughly with water.

6 way: Mustard shampoo
One tablespoon dry mustard for 2 liters of warm water. After we mixed the ingredients and get a homogeneous mixture, apply on the head, gently massage. Wash off with plenty of water.
As a conditioner it is recommended to use an infusion of herbs (nettle, St. John's wort). Mustard is also used as a mask for hair growth.
I wish you a pleasant shampoo and shiny hair!
