Aloe for hair and scalp
Aloe Beautician has been used for more than 3000 thousand years, and in ancient Greece its useful properties were appreciated.
We are used to seeing aloe as a small indoor plant, although in reality, at home in southern and eastern Africa, aloe is a powerful tree. There are more than 200 species of this useful plant.
Aloe juice It is very useful, it smoothes wrinkles, softens the skin, reduces itching and burning, heals wounds and bruises, and also helps in the treatment of varicose veins, acne and ulcers.
No less useful Aloe vera hair - it stimulates growth, strengthens hair and hair bulbs, heals the scalp and prevents hair loss. And all this is due to the fact that aloe juice contains a lot of useful substances, for example Allatonin, vitamins A, B, C, E, other.
Aloe is found in many cosmetics, but the best, of course, is to use natural aloe, because it retains all its beneficial properties.
Academician V.P. Filatov found a way to get juice with a more useful composition, for this aloe must undergo a process of biostimulation.
The essence of this process lies in the fact that aloe leaves, separated from the plant, are placed in unfavorable conditions, namely in a dark room with a low temperature. In such conditions, the aloe leaves begin to fade, and when the life processes are almost extinct, the aloe cells say “gather their strength” so as not to die. And at this moment in the cells are formed "Biogenic stimulants", that awaken cells and contribute to their vital functions.
When exposed to the body cells with biostimulants, they become stimulating for diseased human cells. They enhance the metabolism in tissues, promote rapid healing and increase the resistance of cells.
How to create a useful juice with biostimulants:
Cut off the lower and middle leaves of aloe (these are the leaves that contain the most nutrients). Cut the leaves washed with boiled water and let them dry. Then you need to put these leaves in a dark cool place. The temperature of this place should be approximately from +8 to +12 degrees Celsius. So the leaves of aloe should lie for 12 days. Then we take them out, remove the blackened areas, and the remaining parts are finely chopped and squeezed the juice through gauze.
The resulting juice can be rubbed into the hair roots every day or before washing for 30 minutes. Also juice can be used as a component for masks.
Helpful advice: To keep the juice longer and retain all its beneficial properties, add 8 parts of alcohol or vodka to 8 parts of the juice.
Aloe can be added to a variety of masks, such as a mask with essential oils, oil masks, onion, cognac and honey masks. It also goes well with egg yolks, kefir, liquid vitamins and lemon juice. As you can see aloe juice is universal and you choose the right combination of components! Read more about this in the article "Hair masks with aloe juice."
